100%FOOD app is a free and simple way to make a nutritionally complete smoothie.

Simply drag & drop fruits into a blender and monitor the changes in nutrient levels. Try to hit 100% of the FDA recommended daily intake, your own intake or chosen diet. Want to boost your health? - You may get more. To avoid overdose - check the colour of the circles around percentage: yellow means you’re under, green means you’re Ok and a black colour means you’ve reached the upper tolerable limit. It’s easy, right?

How it works

Every fruit has nutrition facts. Combining apples with cherries - we calculate the total and compare it with the FDA recommended daily intake (2000 cal diet). When you see a percentage for every nutrient
- you can manage it.

The FDA 2000 calorie diet sets the Recommended Daily Intake of the nutrients that is considered to be sufficient to meet the requirements of 97–98% of healthy individuals in every demographic in the United States.

You can adjust your personal intake according to your age, gender, height, weight and lifestyle using the embedded BMI calculator. When you know how much nutrients your body needs you may eat no more and no less.

Changing the ratio of the macronutrients you eat (fats, carbs, protein) you can help your body to boost your energy, build muscle, help your brain or aid in weight loss. Choose a mode and the app will apply a proper ratio to fit.

When you find a tasty and nutritionally complete recipe then you can share it with the community and vice versa - you may find good recipes and customise them for you.

A lot of work to do...
Im giving this three stars mostly for the concept, as this is such a phenomenal idea. Eating based on nutrients is the healthiest way to eat. And after finding this app, I could not find anything with this functionality online or otherwise. Now, before you read the negatives, I do urge you to download this app as it is such an important idea that needs to be spread and with more downloads it should encourage the devs to improve the app! That being said, the execution is very poor at this moment. 1.The food database is very small and lacking in even basic ingredients it seems. You can add your own but thats very tedious when needing to add lots of components. 2. The recipe creation is clumsy at best and unusable at worst. At points it would completely freeze and I would have to restart the app losing all progress. 3. Back to the ingredients list, it seems as the though the nutrient profiles arent complete. For instance, when I added an avocado, an excellent source of biotin, my biotin percentage didnt even move to 1%, yet somehow with just chicken and spinach my B vitamins was 3000%. (Yes 3000, not a typo). Unfortunately these are some pretty big problems, but not insurmountable. I would definitely pay some monies for a polished, professional version of this app; but it has a ways to go. Good Luck!
Awful

Complicated, but worth to learn
For the beginning it was hard to understand their new way to cook based on nutrients. Too many popups with tips, but they help to learn quickly. They have a Dietitian in Support team, so I was able to consult using a Contact form. Tip: find recipes from @ChiefMixologist and start yours from them.
