100%FOOD app is a free and simple way to make a nutritionally complete smoothie.

Simply drag & drop fruits into a blender and monitor the changes in nutrient levels. Try to hit 100% of the FDA recommended daily intake, your own intake or chosen diet. Want to boost your health? - You may get more. To avoid overdose - check the colour of the circles around percentage: yellow means you’re under, green means you’re Ok and a black colour means you’ve reached the upper tolerable limit. It’s easy, right?

Every fruit has nutrition facts. Combining apples with cherries - we calculate the total and compare it with the FDA recommended daily intake (2000 cal diet). When you see a percentage for every nutrient
- you can manage it.

The FDA 2000 calorie diet sets the Recommended Daily Intake of the nutrients that is considered to be sufficient to meet the requirements of 97–98% of healthy individuals in every demographic in the United States.
